Apostille Convention\uff09\u4e8e2024\u5e741\u670811\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u751f\u6548\u4e86\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u591a\u8fb9\u6761\u7ea6\u65e8\u5728\u7b80\u5316\u8de8\u5883\u516c\u5171\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c \u5bf9\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u8ba4\u8bc1\u670d\u52a1\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u663e\u8457\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u534e\u4eba\u7ec8\u4e8e\u544a\u522b\u590d\u6742\u7e41\u5197\u7684\u591a\u9636\u6bb5\u9886\u4e8b\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7a0b\u5e8f \uff08\u4fd7\u79f0\u201c\u4e09\u7ea7\u516c\u8bc1\u201d\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ee5\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u7701\u4e3a\u4f8b\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u8ba4\u8bc1\u8d44\u683c\u7684\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u82e5\u6587\u4ef6\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u540c\u4e3a\u300a\u52a0\u6ce8\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u7f14\u7ea6\u56fd\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u5219\u65e0\u9700\u516c\u8bc1\u5373\u53ef\u5230\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u7701\u5177\u6709\u52a0\u6ce8\u6743\u9650\u7684\u673a\u5173\u8fdb\u884c\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u66f4\u65e0\u9700\u9886\u4e8b\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>\u51fa\u751f\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/li><li>\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u7701\u5546\u4e1a\u767b\u8bb0\u5904\u7b7e\u53d1\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u767b\u8bb0\u6587\u4ef6\uff081991\u5e74\u4ee5\u540e\u9881\u53d1\u7684\u767b\u8bb0\u6587\u4ef6\uff09\u3002<\/li><li>\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u7701\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u6216\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb 22 \u5e74\u5185\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u6cd5\u9662\u6587\u4ef6\u3002<\/li><li>\u81ea 2019 \u5e74 1 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u8d77\u9881\u53d1\u7684\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u7701\u516c\u7acb\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u5b66\u4f4d\u3001\u6587\u51ed\u548c\u6210\u7ee9\u5355\u3002<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u91cd\u70b9\uff1a\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6587\u4ef6\u65e0\u9700\u516c\u8bc1\uff0c\u4ea6\u65e0\u9700\u9886\u4e8b\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7531\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u7701\u516c\u8bc1\u4eba\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u516c\u8bc1\u6587\u4ef6\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u76f4\u63a5\u5728\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u7701\u5177\u6709\u52a0\u6ce8\u6743\u9650\u7684\u673a\u5173\u8fdb\u884c\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u800c\u65e0\u9700\u9886\u4e8b\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u9664\u82f1\u8bed\u548c\u6cd5\u8bed\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u8bed\u8a00\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u4e2d\u6587\u64b0\u5199\u7684\u6388\u6743\u59d4\u6258\u4e66\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u5728\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u5883\u5185\u51fa\u5177\u6587\u4ef6\uff1b<\/li><li>\u7531\u5b89\u5927\u7565\u7701\u516c\u8bc1\u4eba\u516c\u8bc1\uff1b \u5e76\u4e14<\/li><li>\u9644\u6709\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7ffb\u8bd1\u5458\u51fa\u5177\u7684\u7ffb\u8bd1\u4ef6\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u91cd\u70b9\uff1a\u516c\u8bc1\u6587\u4ef6\u4ea6\u65e0\u9700\u9886\u4e8b\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u58f0\u660e\uff1a\u672c\u6587\u65e8\u5728\u5206\u4eab\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d44\u8baf\uff0c\u4e0d\u6784\u6210\u63d0\u4f9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u610f\u89c1\u3002\u5982\u9700\u516c\u8bc1\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u8bf7\u81f4\u7535MiaLegal
